A medieval fantasy RTS where fortresses with walls that you put units on similar to Battle for Middle Earth, only deeper- and realistic siege weapons play a huge role. There are boats in there too, and when there are ship battles, you not only need to control the boats, but the units on the boats weather you use your cannons, or board the enemy pirates of the carrabean style. And there would be dragons and fantasy beasts availible too all with unique mechanics to them.
Cutting edge graphics would be sacrificed in order to have huge epic armies duking it out.
Eh, that just sounds like dumping a bunch of features.

What do you mean by dumping a bunch of feature?
I'm not talking about some hybrid TBS/RTS like Total War, I mean an RTS with base management in real-time, the difference being what I said earlier, you get to put troops on walls to protect against enemy siege pushes, wich can make for some epic defence scenarios similar to the battle of Helms Deep. When ships battle, the actual units on the ships does stuff, but other then that it will play like a straightforward RTS, and there is no fighting morale system like in Total War either.
