I think that a console needs to sell 30 million consoles, or more, in order for it to be considered a success.

Well, maybe more, for the Nintendo 64 sold over 30 million consoles, and it isn't considered a success.

In that case, I would say that 40 million consoles sold, or more, should be considered a success. Than again, the Atari 2600 sold over 30 million consoles, and it was considered a success. Same with the Sega Genesis.

Okay, it's 30 million consoles, or more. Damn it, the Nintendo 64 was a success! Piss off! I really think it's safe to officially confirm the 30 million more, or more, as officially successful. You know, the Sega Genesis actually sold 29 million consoles... Does that mean that the number needs to be pushed back down a bit, for the Genesis was considered a success. Wasn't it? I don't know. Naw... Maybe we should push the number back to 40... But that eliminates the successful Atari 2600. Screw it then. 40. 2600 wasn't a success. But it was. Man this is hard.
