I had no problem with the story, and the setting/world was among the best in any FF yet. Battle system completely ruined it for me, though.

It was directed at you, and others who've said the same (darth comes to mind). You wrote mainline FF games, so I thought FFX and FFXII. Misunderstanding

Sadly FFX-2 is considered mainline.
