I find it funny, it takes price cuts and new versions of a console for the PS3 and 360 to pass the Wii for just a few weeks a year, and yet its the Wii that's somehow doomed, if Wii is doomed, what the heck does that make PS3 and 360?
Yes Wii is down year on year, so what, it'll probably still sell far more than the 360 and PS3 this year, and will probably outsell them next year as well, and as we are seeing, its on track to outsell the PS2 when all is said and done, not to mention end up making Nintendo boatloads of cash, not a bad result at all |
Why is it that you say it took price cuts (PS3 and clearance 360s) and new versions (Slim and S) to pass the Wii and you totally ignore.
Wii got a $50 price cut in the same time frame.
Wii got Wii Sports Resort added to the bundle.
Wii got Wii Motion added to the bundle.
Wii released the new black SKU.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
