If I remember correctly, Crossbow Training had shown (and probably still is showing) tremendous legs, whereas Twilight Princess has tapered off. This is according to my reading of Nintendo's shipment figures. So it's not implausible that Crossbow Training ($20) has sold more than Twilight Princess Wii (multi-plat) by now.
