Probably stuff similar to the promo at the last E3, at least in America. Pushing the touchy-feely side of it would probably backfire, given that America's their "safety market" for Metroid, they're probably going to want to sell it on things that they know already work.

I figure there'll be at least one shot, for each commercial, of Samus shooting something in the mouth and throwing its body like a shot-put.

Well yeah, since that fits with Metroids appeal (to a degree, at least it won't be off-putting for western audiences). I mean no shots of Samus reminiscing about her days in the army or whatever.
