Why do you have to get a TV now? Do you really need one or can you wait one year?
Because within 2 or 3 years all TVs will have 3D, plus the 3D tech itself will have matured. Like that Samsung 8000-series for example. It's got amazing overall pictire quality but one simple thing as the Hz (or something else with the frame refresh) causes a slight ghosting effect in 3D.
That ghosting will be gone even in cheaper TVs within two years so you might regret having bought such an expensive TV with a few annoying flaws.
