Depends.
We just need to remember the massive support 3DS is getting doesn't mean Wii 2 will get the same support because NDS's competitor, PSP...is terrible at selling software.
So devs thought 3DS would be the safe bet (hell we don't know this yet as a PSP2 hasn't been announced, and its software lineup hasn't been announced either)
But Wii's competitor's.....PS360 are seen as excellent software sellers. So will devs really want to jump ship?
