Yes, games are often found sitting on shelves. When you go to the store they generally have games on shelves and people often look through the selection. Its very likely many Wii owners saw MW:Reflex sitting there.
Wow, when did I claim it got coverage similar to Halo and MW2? Go read all my posts and find where I made that claim. Because that's just retarded. It was definitely hyped (not Halo hype, but definitely hyped), it received attention from all major publications, and that's all I have to say.
At some point you have to stop pointing the finger and making excuses. I'm a Wii owner and I understand it has a fan base that doesn't particularly care about shooters.
