Excellent 360 numbers, to anyone poiting out the 70k drop from last week; are you serious? Pre orders always make a big impact first week and the drop is smaller than most people expected at any rate. The 360 should level out at around 65-70k or so imo before the holiday sets in, which will be great weekly numbers for EMEEA and even if Japan does nothing to help worldwide, it should manage to stay above 150k practically for the rest of the year, we'll see what happens.
Wii is continuing to plummet, look two years back in the forum and notice how incredibly drastically the tone on the boards have changed. At this rate, the Wii and PS3 may very well be on par within 5-6 weeks and with the 360 probably on top of both, the Wii will be consistently in 3rd in this region, hardly a good sign for 2011 (or those many who believed Nintendo were way to pessimistic in their fiscal projection) and the Wii and PS3 are already neck and neck in Japan.
PS3 not impressing anyone lately (I should hope) and one can but wonder how much of the slight weekly declines can be attributed to the high 360 sales. DS keeps hanging on and the PSP is quickly turning abyssmal.
PS: Some folks in here need to calm the hell down, there are always people being banned in the weekly sales threads. Go out and get some sun and fresh air and realize that these are only numbers.
