Preorders better than 360 Slim? This is not exactly a shock, nor is it that amazing. The Slim was only available for preorder for four weeks at most and its an entire console. Maybe Kinect will move 500-600k in preorder sales, not staggering by any means and I still think that after the initial surge of nerds have bought it, retailers will be hard pressed to make more casual customers buy this in stores at that price.
We'll see how it does, but I'm still sticking with my guns; Kinect and Move will not be a great success.
