Spikes don't last, that's why they're called spikes. In this case, when the spike in NA has calmed somewhat, it'll be time for launch in other territories so the overall momentum will be good anyway, the 360 should be able to pull off a few weeks of 80-100k in Eu/Others this summer.
All in all, the 360 should be above or around 150k for at least a month and-a half from now on imo. What I'm really curious about is whether there will be a resurgence in interest after the initial pre-order wave has settled, this is the most telltale in hardware sales most times. Only time will tell but the 360 will surely have a good July this year and a decent August as well.
