Seems DVD revenue overall is declining majorly while Blu-ray is gaining. More people are moving to HD sets and with the new 3D systems more people will be pushed to upgrade. Player pricing is down too.
I believe that this holiday will definitely be a decent to slightly large increase in Blu-ray purchases over last year. Next year might be more the decision making holiday, but there will definitely be some movement in the industry based of this holiday.
