If I'm going to spend ~$150, I would rather it be for a new console rather than a "me too" device. For starters I don't have a X360, so no way for Kinect. Secondly, the vast majority of the games those devices are offering are all available on Wii, just in a slightly different package. Yes, there is Sorcery for PS3 which would require the Move, however, from what I've seen it is uninspiring. I bought my PS3 for games I couldn't get on the Wii (or they completely sucked on Wii like Dirt 2), not to buy an add-on so I could have Wii HD. If they show a Move exclusive game that really holds it's own than I'll reconsider, but until then it is a no.
The 3DS all comes down to price. If I can get it for around the same price of a current DSLite, then I'll be all over it. Since that won't be the case I'll probably wait for a price cut unless a game I must have releases.
