That exact same thing happened to me. I restarted my computer, and it worked. You just have to give it time to load each page, there is very heavy traffic on the site. It's still a little confusing for me. I had problems, then when I finally got to the redeem page it said I had already redeemed my reward. So I think I'm okay, but I'll just wait for an email confirmation
