You fail to mention that the 360 also had a price cut in North America this week.
North America is also 360's strongest market. Don't expect the same response from Europe or Japan.
The boost is mainly from the price cut rather than the new model at the same price as the Elite was last week.
Why did you never buy a Wii if you were such a family man? You must be a joke account because, to quote John McEnroe, "You cannot be serious!".
