the ultimate test, go beat Mario Bros 3, any Fire Emblem on normal first time ever playing, and then go run through the original Donkey Kong 5 times without dieing, and then you will truly be hardcore....
in reality who cares.
Edit: owning Metriod Prime 1 & 2 are always bonus points towards the hardcorez
