3DS price point guessmate.. how much do you think the 3DS will launch for?

I would pay $249 for it, if the final version is 20% better than what was shown at e3. Ie. the screen resoltion was

960 x 300. and instead of 3.5" would be 4.0." if the final processor and GPU was 20% faster than what has been displayed so far. I think they can do it for $249
