Interesting question. There are 2 weeks of sales left for December. There is about 2-2.5 million left of shipments for Wii to get out, if all my calculations in an earlier topic were correct. It's important to note that in America and Europe for the final week sales will be pretty low due to shortages and the holiday season ending in it. While Japan over the next 2 weeks should increase every week.
So this next upcoming week of data should be a huge week for all areas. So:
Week Ending Dec. 22nd, 2007
NA: 900k
EO: 500k
JP: 250k
Total- 1650k
Week Ending Dec. 29th, 2007
NA- 150k
EO- 150k
JP- 300k
Total- 600k
Total Over Next 2 Weeks- 2.25 million
That would put Wii sales at about 19 million by the end of the year, which would fit their sales goal. Let's see how it turns out.
