Actually the first team to qualify was Argentina. They won the first game 1-0 and the second 4-1

And Nigeria was the first team out too.

I'm Argentinian, and I know that Argentina isn't qualified yet, mathematically speaking of course. Nigeria isn't out either.

Argentina is mathematically qualified. They play Greece and S.Korea plays Nigeria. Even if both Greece and S.Korea win their respective games, Argentina has the advantage over S.Korea, not only on Goal Average, but in direct confrontation (Argentina won against S.Korea).

Nigeria is suffering from the same fate. Even if they win against S.Korea and Greece loses against Argentina, Nigeria losses the 2nd place spot to Greece because of direct confrontation (Greece won against Nigeria).

Argentina aren't 100% qualified, do you understand how qualifying works?

Greece obligatorily needs to beat Argentina by 3 goals or more, while South Korea has to beat Nigeria by 3 goals or more as well. Only in that case Argentina will be out of the cup. Highly unlikely but not impossible.

As for Nigeria to be able to qualify, they need Argentina to beat Greece by 1 goal only and they need to beat South Korea by 1 goal also, so if both Argentina and Nigeria win their respective matches, Nigeria will be in, while Greece and South Korea will be out.

I believe you weren't paying attention to the goal difference.
