Misleading thread title.. don't mean to burt your bubble but.. NIntendo was asked personally about the online service, and they said they are looking into having a similar service to the Wii's on 3DS..
Why would they put a friendlist and achievements on 3DS and not on Wii? Makes no sense to me. Also the 3ds will only be connected via wifi, having a friendlist would be kinda useless.. it's exactly why the PSP doesn't have it(sony was asked why they didn't port the friendlist to PSP).
The iphone is going to have all of that (true integrated "friends" list, online system everywhere through 3G, and achievements) with the OS4 coming out too.. so idk why some people are thinking this is revolutionary.
