Did Nintendo just Dreamcast the PSP2?

I just wanna ask one thing , how can u guys see the PSP 2 being relevant ? What features it could possible have to become relevant ? 

 

-Being a Phone (Does not count cu u know) in the End, phone games are cool (and i love some android games on my phone) but its like u play than for what 5 min and it starts to repeat itself over and over) And even if it is a FULL PSP with phone on , would be too much money to burn , with fee for at and t or verizon, and for that alone i would not consider it a relevant competitor for 3DS.
