reliance on reviews- especially for the more "party" type games is useless, because 1 person plays it, and most of the time the 1 person part of party games...suck.
look at mario& sonic ...mostly so-so to crappy reviews, but people are Buying the game because it is a good party game

the TRUE test of a game is each individual person, like what kitler53 said,,
how many of the games have YOU played and hated?
how many of the games have YOU played and liked?
personally i have played 8 of the above list.. and liked all of them reviews are good for getting an overview of the game and pictures/videos of the game , other than that there should be only ONE reviewer you should trust, and he is looking at you every time you look in a mirror.
