The only new IP on the Wii that is "3rd" party that is not multiplatform that has done really well is mario and sonic the Olympics. This is for new IP's though. For the most part unless your trying to copy nintendo like mini games or the game is an established franchise like guitar hero 3 or resident evil 4 there isn't much for 3rd party on the Wii, just look at poor zack and wiki :(
