Do where do you get that the PS3 is $200 more than the Xbox 360.

The PS3 has 2 SKU on the market:
80GB PS3: $500
40GB PS3: $400
That 40GB PS3 is competing against the Premium($350)/ Elite($450)....So to be honest the mass consumer will look into the 40GB if they don't want a Xbox 360.
