The Gamecube was sold with a profit at $99 in the end. And since most part of a Wii are upgraded GC components and with improved fabrication processes, the Wii should be cheaper to produce by now than a Gamceube was. Add in a IR receiver and slightly more expensive controller, you end up at around Gamceube price point.
So below $100 i would say.
