@ MaxwellGT2000:  That cute post of yours is the definition of opinionated apologetics.

But as I said before, no matter what excuses the Wii fans like you want to throw at every corner, Developers themselves, like Capcom and Sega have voiced their frustration to Nintendo.

But, indeed, Capcom and Sega, among others, don't know shit about what they're talking about.

Apologetics nothing, you listed games that just flat out aren't the same calibur as the high profile releases on PS3 and 360, there is nothing debatable about that, I don't know anyone that would actually say any of those titles would be called high profile.

And who even said anything about Capcom and Sega? I have yet to hear them whine, some guy from Capcom France did and the guys over him made statements to counter his, same with Sega, most of Sega's comments have been praise which I would assume it would be after the sales they've obtained on the console.

I really don't know what you're getting at, it seems like a lot of fluff and no substance since you've yet to yield some solid proof of your point, but I gave you info and links that you would need, when the search forums feature returns I can even dig up some information from various developers talking about how they don't need the sales they need on PS3/360 to break even on any average project, most of the publishers/developers that would likely complain about sales on PS3/360 are just dead because they tried to be the next Activision, give a team a HUGE budget and make a great game and then the game sold pretty badly but due to how much they invested they all ended up with pink slips.

I find it hard to believe you have any foundation set in fact, numbers are facts, budgets are facts, numbers to break even are facts, developers have told the press their budgets for PS3 vs 360 vs Wii, Wii is simply dwarfed, and you know this, everyone does, no one has hidden it, and at the end of the day you simply don't have to sell gangbusters to be a success.  Games are facing a big problem the movie industry faced/is still facing, they too try to blame the theaters, they try to blame the consumers, they try to blame each other, but they simply don't realize that if you take a huge budget you could simply lose the farm, it's basic economics and you should know the risk going in.
