Those are sell through figures for Western / Central Europe
As of March 2010 DS shipments were 51.74m to 'Others' while Wii shipments were 27.19m to 'Others'. Some non European markets with decent size, like South Korea (3m DS, 1m Wii), South Africa, and Australia are included in 'Others' but its pretty clear shipments to Europe for DS were at least 44m-45m through March and Wii shipments were 23m-24m through March.
People are difficult to govern because they have too much knowledge.
