This generation has been terrible for third party exclusives. Devil May Cry, Final Fantasy and Tekken have lost their PlayStation exclusivity, while Dead Rising and BioShock have lost their 360 exclusivity. More recently, Rockstar's very own L.A. Noire, once it lost its vapourware status, went from being PS3-exclusive to PS360 multiplat. With the HD consoles having a far smaller userbase than the PS2, developers have to maximise their potential userbase.
The lost-exclusivity trend has led to some rumours that Agent, the open world...game (I can't give a whole lot more description than that, since we know nothing about it) would get the multiplatform treatment. However, that doesn't seem to be the case.
During a Take-Two earnings conference call (Take-Two being the parent company of Rockstar Games, who are the publishers of both L.A. Noire and Agent), the company president, Strauss Zelnick, said the following, when asked about Agent's exclusivity status:
"On Agent, there's no change in situation on that title."
He could have wanted to keep the secret for E3, but he would have been more ambiguous than that. And besides, announcing the multiplatform status of a game before revealing anything else about said game would be a little backwards.
So, for now, Agent remains one of the few third-party PS3 exclusives.

Does that silence everyone saying it would go multiplat?
