5 million USD in damages? That's fucking stupid. No one cares about this lawsuit just because some douchefuck licked his ps3 disc or scratched it up with his mom's car keys then threw his PS3 out the window so it would break and he could sue Sony and/or Square Enix for a ton of money because he was an idiot. Maybe next time he shouldn't buy the game and save himself some money for more important things like cell phone or car payments or getting a fucking job and moving out of his mom's basement. Problem solved.
