Pikmin 1 & 2 are great examples on why it will sell less. While pikmin 2 was rated better. It sold 200k more than half of what the 1st sold. If I remeber correctly. Pikmin 1 was 1.7 million. While pikmin 2 was 1 million. Also Pikmin 2 beat pikmin 1 by 3 points
