i would like to keep the experience as fresh as possible
but anyways, i don't think of it so much as spoiling, i just think i won't enjoy the game's atmosphere as much if i've already listened to all the music before, even worse is that i won't enjoy the music as much either without something visual to tie it to
it's like listening to a horror movie's music, you don't really get that danger feeling from the music alone, and when you go see the movie, you've already listened to the music and it doesn't feel very fresh
i don't want THAT to happen! :p
