Graphical king on Wii?

Mario Galaxy 2 looks amazing (the game continues to mesmerize me.) and it plays at 60 fps, and ya can't get much better than that.

I also have to give a shout out to Okami and Muramasa: The Demon Blade look. Two very beautiful games.
