You kidding? It doesn't effect Nintendo in any way, as they would have gotten their product sold anyway for that 250$ price tag. If any part of that extra 100+ dollars for which people are selling the Wii's on ebay were to Go to Nintendo, then fine, but as it is, is really is just vulturing on other people.
