Because I love Nintendo Gaming Systems starting from the Nintendo 64, Gameboy, Gamecube, DS so why wouldn't I buy a Wii? (That was after a price cut of course).
But obviously I would buy a console to play the games and I got my Wii just in time with Super Smash Bros Brawl which sucked so many hours of my life playing the multiplayer with my brother. Mario Galaxy was a disappointment for me but Brawl made it up for me :D!
