I disagree.. I am sure most 360 owners that loved FF XIII would buy a ps3 for Versus XIII..
FF XIII is a 50 hour game, that you can easily fall in love with.. another 50 hour experience in the FF XIII universe would attract lots of fans.
Besides, some PS360 owners bought the game for 360 based on console preferance.. I don't expect exclusivity to be an issue for sales, if anything it would boost ps3 hardware sales.

I doubt the 360 had anything to do with the graphics being the way they are.. remember the 360 version isn't running in HD, and the graphics themselves are slightly inferior.. that already tells you that they didn't hurt the ps3 game's graphics because of the 360.. the graphics are good, but not even close to U2/GOW/KZ not even close.. The CGI looks good, but that's CGI.
