So there is no way to get some feedback? I've been banned several times for really strange reasons and even though I was trying to contact that given mod after the ban expired there was no response whatsoever.

If you have questions Naznatips is the head mod person and is paid to deal with issues such as this.  Send him a PM and he will definitely reply at some point.  Emailing the mod in question is a good start, but if that gets you nowhere the next place to go is Naznatips.
