Looking for gaming/music headphone suggestions

I'm looking for headphones to be used primarily for gaming and music.

Here are my requirements

• Not too huge. Should be somewhat portable. I greatly prefer on the ear headphones to over the ear headphones (like sennheisers)
• Should be okay to use at higher volumes near other people without them hearing (like on a bus, plane, etc)
• Very good sound quality. Currently using Sony MDR-V300, looking for a considerable step up.
• If it has a built in mic, it should be detachable. Headphones with no mic are fine.
• Price isn't too important, looking to spend $100-$200.
• PS3 compatibility for voice chat is a plus, but not required.
