was much more comon during SNES days... (I had a US snes even :p, though I imported myself not through a store, same for the games))

 

then again, there are a ton of games now, and most games release to EU. (so many gems didn't arrive here in those days... for PS1.... you could play import... in black and white!... ergheizt, parasite eve and brave fenser musashi were still good games even without colors!).
