I think Wii games generally look cleaner than GC games but the jaggies do tend to be more obvious in games with more texture detail and more objects (more edges) but it really depends on the scaling properties of your particular TV.
I regularly play on my brother's 37 inch Hitachi and it looks OK, not terrible, but on my friends 46 inch Bravia the appearance of jaggies is relatively less. Also, LCD's by default have a high level of sharpness so turning down the sharpness a little might help. Bottom line, with the right setup Wii games can still look surprisingly good.
