i don't think they should do a pricecut unless the console will still net a profit. Playstation 3 has been losing a lot of money for sony and its finally time for it to start making that money back. The userbase is big enough and growing at a good pace for good titles to sell well, and it doesn't need a boost if its going to cost them money.
