I've bought my PSP Go couple of months back, I have no problems with it whatsoever. It's nice that you can play PSOne classics and PSP exclusive games both on the same device. It's small, slick and sexy. 16 GB is enough for dozen of games and another 16gb will set you for life (too bad these cards are expensive as hell).
If I were you I might wait till E3, just in case we get PSP2 instead. I got my PSP Go for full launch price and I don't regret it one bit. It's much better than big fat PSP 3000, I use it while travelling a lot and it's a delight.
