Adam Fenix will die.
The Locust were created by the Humans.
We find out that the Locust Queen is really Elaine Fenix. An experiment went wrong and she was "created".
Marcus has to kill his own Mother, who turns Lambent towards the end of the game. This will be the final boss. It will likely end with Marcus sacrificing himself to save Mankind.
