When looking at Eyetoy, there were quite a few titles supporting it and only a few exclusives, where Natal seems to be following suit. In this case the question turns more into whether Eyetoy was good enough and software was bad, or was software good, but Eyetoy wasn't good enough.
In the end, Natals success will depend on is it able to expand the audience. If the big titles for the peripheral will be Gears of War 3: Shake Your Leg and Forza 4: Pedal to Natal, i believe it flops hard. If it has something original with substance, it might succeed.
