He uses a Gyrados, two Dragonairs, an Aerodactyl, and a Dragonite. In Yellow, they start at Level 56 and go up to Level 62. The toughest to get are the second Dragonair (which uses ice but can be brought down) and the Dragonite -- who I have yet to beat. That damn Dragonite has been known to take down 4 or 5 fully-healed Pokemon because it has fire and ice and flying attacks.

His team changes in every generation, and later on, with later encounters as well.
In GSC, his team is six strong now - both Dragonairs have evolved, and he added a Charizard to the mix.
In FireRed/LeafGreen, his team is back to the original at first. Later, he replaces one of the Dragonairs with a Kingdra, and the other has evolved.
In HG/SS, his first team is Gyarados, three Dragonites, a Charizard, and Aerodactyl. Later, his team is Salamence, Gyarados, Charizard, Garchomp, Altaria, and Dragonite. Even later, he has Gyarados, Charizard, and Dragonite in the team battle with Clair.
And in the Pokemon Stadium games, his teams all have Charizard except his second Stadium 2 team, which isn't even Dragon-themed.
