1) Cronos (GoW3)
2) Colossus (GoW2)
3) Armoured Minotaur (GoW)
4) Sisters of Fate (GoW2)
5) Euryale (GoW2) [underrated]

I wasn't a huge fan of GoW3's traditional boss fights.
