I'd bet it's for the PS3. DS has recently seen a spin-off and it's days are almost over. PSP has a spin-off announced. Wii has just seen Tales of Graces and it didn't do too well.
Probably HD but I wouldn't be surprised if it's an exclusive or a timed exclusive PS3 game.
