This fall it has no chance at all in America with the Fable 3, Halo Reach combo. Will it outsell it sometimes? Sure but your way off in predictiing that it will outsell the 360 nearly every week for the rest of the year. Way off. |
I never even said the latter.. but ofcourse.. lets assume that I did, just for the heck of it. GOW III did not boost ps3 hardware, what boosted the hardware was the fact shortages had begun to drop off.. Now the system is getting hefty stock atleast on online retailers, and has shot up to the top spots for ALL online retailers, that enough indicates to me the system should see an increase in hardware for the forthcoming week. The ps3 with shortages wasn't too far off from the 360 in the americas. Now imo, I believe it will surpass the 360 by a descent margin weekly atleast for the next couple of months. Thanks to the supply increase, if the supply increase is just momentary, then it wont happen, but I'm starting to doubt it is only a slight spike in supply.
