I pretty much blame it all on NOA and NOE. I mean what has Reggie Fils-Aime and the rest of NOA done in terms of getting Wii third-party support? Most of major third party support for the Wii is from Japan (with a few exceptions from North America and Europe and only because the third parties in question would have made them for the Wii regardless).
