I actually think that with the new style of play (2D NES control style that worked great with NSMBWii, coupled with remote-only 1st person mode), it'll be more accessible to the casual/mass market of Wii owners, and coupled with Nintendo (hopefully) advertising the hell out of this game, it could very well be the first Metroid game to break the 3 million barrier in WW sales.
In fact, I'm going to go out on a limb right now and say that Other M will do 750k week 1 in total worldwide sales MINIMUM!
